However, I consciously improve my efficiency and prioritize tasks to ensure that I maintain a balance between accuracy and timeliness.

　　過去三年我系統(tǒng)掌握了細胞生物學和實驗動物研究的理論知識及基礎實操技能，包括：實驗設計、各類儀器操作維護、樣本制備、數據采集分析、安全規(guī)范遵守、文檔記錄，以及故障排查能力。

　　In the past three years, I have acquired comprehensive theoretical knowledge and basic practical skills in the field of cell biology and experimental animal experiments. This includes experimental design, proficiency in the operation and maintenance of various laboratory instruments and equipment, sample preparation, data collection and analysis, compliance with laboratory safety protocols, documentation and reporting, and the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
